1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a site visit to discuss your ideas, budget and aspirations. This is an opportunity to understand your project, answer any questions and explore the potential of your site.
2. Feasibility & Design
We develop initial design proposals that respond to your brief, the site and your budget. Through collaboration and refinement, we shape a design that meets your needs while considering planning policy and buildability.
3. Planning
Where required, we prepare and submit the planning application, managing the process and liaising with the local authority until a decision is reached.
4. Building Warrant & Technical Design
Following planning approval, we prepare the detailed technical drawings and information required for Building Warrant approval. This includes construction details, specifications and coordination with structural engineers and other consultants, ensuring the project is fully developed and ready for construction.
5. Construction
Once approvals are in place, construction can begin. We oversee the build from start to finish, coordinating the project and maintaining clear communication to ensure the finished result reflects the original design and is delivered to a high standard.
